At Noeys, every candle and ceramic piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, all sales are final. Please review the policy below regarding refunds, returns, and damaged items.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

This applies to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference

  • Color or size variations

  • Accidental or duplicate orders

  • Buyer’s remorse

Handmade pieces may vary slightly in shape, color, or texture. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will take care of it.

To receive a replacement or store credit:

  1. Email info@noeys.ca within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Send clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • Packaging

    • Shipping box

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos may not be eligible.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If part of your order is missing or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Attach photos if needed

We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and small-batch production reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Any item not in original condition

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized pieces (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
If you made a mistake, email us immediately — if the order has not begun processing, we may be able to help, but this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Noeys is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Postal or customs delays

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a replacement or store credit depending on the carrier’s decision.
