Thank you for supporting noeys. Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your candles and ceramics arrive safely. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and processing.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
During restocks, holidays, or market seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order, and another email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight and size of your order

  • Carrier rates

noeys does not add extra handling fees. All shipping prices come directly from our carriers.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Internationally (select countries available at checkout)

If your country does not appear at checkout, feel free to contact us — we may still be able to ship to you.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Canada

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Other provinces: 3–8 business days

United States

  • 5–12 business days

    • Delivery can vary depending on customs and carrier delays.

International

  • 7–20+ business days

    • Transit times depend on destination, customs clearance, and local postal service processing.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Carriers may experience delays during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at info@noeys.ca.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can't find it:

  • Check mailbox, parcel lockers, front desk, or community areas

  • Check with neighbours

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)

If it still hasn’t appeared, email us and we’ll help investigate.
Please note: we cannot replace orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:

We will file a claim and work with you on a replacement or store credit depending on carrier outcome.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
noeys is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before shipment.

Duties & Taxes for U.S. Orders

U.S. customers may be charged customs or import fees depending on their state.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will assess and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Pieces

Certain ceramics or seasonal items may be preorder or made-to-order.
Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.
Purchasing a preorder item means you agree to the stated timeline.
